-The act of reciprocal participation in something tangible or intangible-. It implicitly bears the VALUE of giving (generosity) and receiving, accepting or embracing what other person has to offer. When we are born we mainly live by what we receive; as we grow older, we realize that KNOWING how to live means that you give in so far as you receive. By sharing, we break both the selfishness of the person who considers himself self-sufficient and the UNDERESTIMATION of the person who thinks he has nothing to give.
Empowerment
Empowerment means being aware of our own power and use it to improve our living conditions (as creators of our reality) based on the attitude we adopt towards life, taking responsibility of our actions.
It’s the expansion of the freedom of choosing and acting. It means increasing authority and power of individuals over their resources and decisions that affect their own lives. Living life in a proactive (not reactive) manner, because that is the power of freedom.

and unity amongst humanity.

Unity
The union of all the parts that fall under a common denominator, in which the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
An inclusive organization or company is an association that is aware of what it is and what it represents. It is aware of the power it has to add value at 360 degrees, without detriment to its shareholders, but instead adding them value.

Inclusive Energy is born from the desire of taking advantage of the state-of-the-art technology on clean and renewable electric energy, through the use of solar energy, so that rural communities have the opportunity to help themselves by helping others.
